When you use the following services, we may collect the following information: ( 1 ) Registration and login During the CatSpot registration process, if you use a third-party platform to authorize registration ( “ WeChat Login ” ), we will use your nickname, avatar and gender set on the third-party platform , and we also need to obtain your open identifier on the third-party platform ( “ WeChat Login ” OpenID ) . All of the above information can only be obtained after your authorization. In accordance with national laws and regulations, you need to provide your mobile phone number to complete the account creation during the registration process. You can manually enter your mobile phone number and SMS verification code to complete the account creation. When you use the above functions, we may request permission to obtain your mobile phone information . If you refuse, it will not affect the normal use of this function. ( 2 ) Use of basic functions CatSpot is a network-based social software. In order to ensure that CatSpot can be used normally, CatSpot needs to connect to the Internet through your device. When you use the above functions, you may be asked for network permissions . If you refuse, you will not be able to use CatSpot. ( 3 ) Set your social information When you use CatSpot, you can set up exclusive services. You can edit your personal information (nickname, age, gender, signature, occupation, hobbies, company, school, frequented places, personal description) , upload your avatar to CatSpot album. We will collect the above information you publish so that we can show it to other CatSpot users and identify harmful information. When you use the above functions, you may be asked for access to the mobile phone camera , access to the album and storage space . If you refuse, this function will not be available, but you can continue to use other functions of CatSpot. ( 4 ) Interact with CatSpot friends You can interact with other CatSpot users in CatSpot. The interaction content includes: text chat ( personal sensitive information ) , sending voice messages ( personal sensitive information ) , sending picture messages ( personal sensitive information ) , and voice chat in voice rooms ( personal sensitive information ) . To ensure that we can provide you with a green and safe environment for making friends, we will filter and identify the above information in accordance with the provisions of national laws and regulations. This function may request you to record audio permissions , access microphone permissions , access album permissions , read and write storage space permissions , and change audio settings permissions . If you refuse, you can continue to use text chat and it will not affect your use of other functions of CatSpot. We will match you with people you may know based on your friends in CatSpot using the " mutual friends " rule. In addition, we will collect your records of receiving and sending gifts with your CatSpot friends, which will be used to generate the Charm Ranking, Goddess Ranking and Flower Goddess Ranking. The Charm Ranking will be settled weekly at 0:00 every Sunday, and the Goddess Ranking and Flower Goddess Ranking will be settled at 0:00 every Sunday and 0:00 every day. ( 5 ) Clan After you join your favorite clan, you can participate in the " resource war " gameplay between clans. If you refuse, you can continue to invite friends in other ways. ( 6 ) Lupu World We will create relevant user information on the server partition you select. We will record your follower change records, black room status change records, follower output being taken records, so that we can show you the change records in the event function; we will record your planting records, seed purchase records, crops, turntable records, pet feeding records, treasure hunting records, follower capture records, follower harvest output records, so that we can provide you with corresponding function record query services. We will record your home building records, ship records, etc., so that we can show you the change records in the event function. You can use the equipment house function on the home home home page. ( 11 ) Offline message push When you are offline or your device restarts, in order to ensure that you can receive messages sent to you by your CatSpot friends in a timely manner, we need to use your device's push permissions, floating window permissions, receive startup completion permissions, increase thread priority permissions, and keep wake-up permissions . In addition, the third-party message push service we have accessed (for details, please refer to Article 13 " Accessed Third-Party Services and Functions " in this chapter ) may also use your device's sticky broadcast permissions, allow program to wake up device permissions, read low-level log permissions, and modify push application name permissions . ( 12 ) Your participation in CatSpot's operation activities You can participate in the red envelope cash withdrawal activity in CatSpot (you can participate by clicking on the wallet on the home page). Cash withdrawal supports WeChat and Alipay. According to national laws, we need to pay taxes on this part of your income. We need to collect your real-name authentication information, including your name and ID number ( personal sensitive information ) . In the process of verifying the validity of the user's cash withdrawal identity, we will send your bound Alipay account ( personal sensitive information ) to Alipay Ant Financial for verification, so as to ensure that your red envelope is not stolen by malicious users and arrives safely. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use this function normally, but you can continue to use other functions of Lupu. When you participate in festival activities and daily activities in Lupu, we will collect relevant records of your participation in the activity in order to analyze whether the activity has achieved our expected results. In order to realize the function of receiving family exclusive gift packs, Lupu App will read the sharing code in the clipboard content when necessary. In order to protect your account security, we will record your ANDROID_ID , IP address and other information when you use CatSpot . To help us better understand Lupu and the usage of its services, we will collect program operation logs , as well as the frequency of use, usage and performance data of related services. ( 16 ) Risk control As a social software, Lupu needs to comply with relevant national regulations and ensure the fairness of its operations. Therefore, it needs to collect and record your ANDROID_ID , function (service) usage details, operation records and IP . In addition, we have also connected to Tencent Tianyu risk control system to help the risk control system improve the accuracy of identifying malicious behavior (for details, please refer to Article 13 of this chapter, " Third-party services and functions connected " ). ( 17 ) Third-party services and functions connected We have connected a variety of third-party services and functions to the products we provide to you. ( 18 ) Minor mode If you or your guardian have enabled the minor mode, in order to give full play to the role of the minor mode, we will record your cumulative online time. The minor mode service will determine whether to restrict your account based on your online time and the current time. ( 19 ) Share content you are interested in If you or your friends are very interested in the content in CatSpot, we provide the function of sharing this content to WeChat, QQ and Weibo. After you successfully share, we will record the record of the share being clicked by others , which will be used to accumulate your rewards for participating in our promotional activities. ( 20 ) CatSpot Show We will collect the market transaction records, listing records, creation records and CatSpot Show records generated by you in the CatSpot Show function, so that we can provide you with record query services. ( 21 ) Real-name authentication In order to comply with relevant laws, regulations and policies and the requirements of relevant competent authorities, CatSpot users need to conduct real-name authentication in order to continue to use CatSpot. Refusing to provide real-name identity information may result in you being unable to use CatSpot or being subject to corresponding restrictions in the use of CatSpot. You can click the avatar button on the main interface of the APP to bring up the sidebar, click the " Settings " option in the sidebar to enter the settings interface, and click " Account " in the settings interface to view the real-name authentication status of the current account. The identity information displayed in the real-name status has been anonymized. ( 22 ) Moments You can post pictures and text in Moments . Before posting, you can choose whether the post is visible only to yourself or to some friends. At this time, we will ask you for storage space permission , access to the album permission , and access to the phone camera permission . After canceling your CatSpot account, you will not be able to use it, and you will not be able to retrieve any content or information in your account and related to the account (even if you register CatSpot again with the same mobile phone number or WeChat account), including but not limited to: ( 1 ) You will not be able to log in or use CatSpot. ( 2 ) Your CatSpot account's personal information and historical information (including but not limited to username, nickname, avatar, reputation, gold coins, recharge and consumption records, etc.) will not be able to be retrieved. ( 3 ) You will no longer be able to log in or use the aforementioned services. The gold coins, red envelopes, gift certificates, points, props and other coupons you have obtained will be deemed as your own abandonment and will no longer be usable. You understand and agree that we cannot assist you in restoring the aforementioned services. After receiving your request to cancel your account, if it requires manual processing, we will complete the verification and processing within 15 working days. 3. Withdrawing Consented Authorizations: You can change the authorizations you have consented to at any time in the app settings of your mobile phone system. After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized. 4.
